After our last gathering, we received an overwhelming number of messages asking us to do this again — with you, our community. We listened. On 2 May 2027, we return to the magical Eric Ericsonhallen to once again gather, breathe, sound, and connect.
Welcome to: We Breathe & Sound
Dear community, We are beyond thrilled to invite you to a deep and immersive community experience in Stockholm, hosted by Sound Awakening Tribe, Roshi, Rosanna, and Lisa.This is an invitation to come together — to breathe, to feel, and to explore the powerful intersection of somatic breathwork, live sound, and collective voice. Guided by Roshi and Rosanna, you'll journey through a somatic breathwork experience supported by live, improvised medicine music performed by Sound Awakening Tribe and Lisa Åkesson. Together, we will co-create a living soundscape designed to guide the breath, open the body, and support deep inner exploration.During the session, you — the community — will also be invited to participate: to activate your voice, join the sound, and co-create music together. This is not a performance. This is a shared experience. Whether you are new to breathwork and sound healing or deeply experienced, you are welcome exactly as you are. Come prepared to reconnect — with yourself, with your body, and with the community.

Meet Your Facilitators
Sound Awakening Tribe: Mikael Mendoza Naselius & Edward Veem
Sound Awakening Tribe is a medicine music duo devoted to inspiring presence and healing through sound and frequency. Traveling across the globe, they study ancestral sound traditions, gather instruments, and explore the art of sound healing. Their music is fully improvised and created in direct relationship with the moment — guiding listeners into presence, embodiment, and mystical inner journeys.

Roshi Derakshan
Roshi is a licensed psychotherapist, life coach, and certified somatic breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of clinical experience. She works with individuals, groups, and organizations to support stress regulation, trauma integration, and nervous system resilience. Her work bridges psychology, somatics, and altered states, addressing the whole human — mind, emotion, and body.

Rosanna Holmström
Rosanna is a certified breathwork facilitator, athletic breath coach, and yoga teacher. She works with individuals ranging from corporate teams to athletes, guiding them to enhance performance, manage stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Her teaching style blends clarity, firmness, and warmth — creating a safe yet challenging space for growth and resilience.

Lisa Åkesson
Lisa is a multifaceted coach and musician with certifications as a CIT Coach, Ayurvedic Health Advisor, Ayurvedic Chef, and Yoga Teacher. With over 16 years of experience and more than 25 international retreats facilitated, Lisa supports people in reclaiming their authentic voice, reconnecting with their bodies, and moving from mental overdrive into embodied presence.

Somatic Breathwork™ is a personal growth practice and not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.This session is not suitable for individuals who are:
- Pregnant
- Experiencing cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, heart conditions)
- Diagnosed with glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis
- With a history of seizures, stroke, epilepsy, or major psychiatric conditions
- Recovering from recent surgery or acute illness
If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and consult your physician beforehand.
